Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP)
State Tax Credits
The Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA) awards Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) Tax Credits annually to local 501(C)3 not-for-profit corporations. These organizations use NAP Tax Credits as an incentive to help leverage increased contributions from individuals and businesses for certain neighborhood-based programs and projects.
In July 2016, Hearts & Hands of Indiana was awarded a limited number of NAP credits to “sell” to local businesses and individual donors. These credits are taken directly off your personal or organizational IN state tax liability.
We sold out of our credits by the end of 2016, but we received a very LIMITED number of NEW credits to sell by March 31, 2017!
To take advantage of the limited credits we have left, here's what you need to know:
THANK YOU for supporting Hearts & Hands of Indiana as we turn near-west houses into homeownership opportunities, one abandoned property at a time.
